Roderic Rennison FCII, FPFS, CFP Chartered MCSI, CDir FIoD is a Partner of Catalyst Partners, who work with the owners of financial planning firms to enable them to realise their succession plans. Whilst most clients, after considering their options, decide to sell their firm, Catalyst Partners also provide expertise in relation to management buy-outs and associated funding, Employee ownership Trusts and family succession.  

Roderic’s whole career has been spent in financial services, including a variety of senior management roles within financial planning firms, which he, along with his fellow partners use to address the practical aspects of succession.
