Carla is founder and managing director of Oakmere Wealth Management which is a growing practice on the outskirts of Chester. 

As well as being a Chartered Fellow and Certified Financial Planner, Carla also has an MSc in wealth management and is accredited with the Society of Later Life Advisers. In 2021 Carla earned the title PFS ‘Chartered Financial Planner of the Year’.  Carla embraces client-centred financial planning and believes true wealth is about more than money. 

Carla is Chair of the PFS Expert Practitioner Panel and in 2023 was appointed to the board of the Personal Finance Society (PFS) as a Member Director and is currently Vice President of the PFS working to create a positive environment for members and their clients and influencing the future of the profession.
