These VIP pass Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the Event Registration Terms and conditions. By purchasing or using the VIP Members pass you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. VIP passes are limited in number and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once sold out, no additional VIP passes will be released.
2. A VIP pass provides access to the VIP benefits advertised for the event, which may include VIP-only sessions, meet-and-greet access, reserved or priority seating, priority evening access, food and refreshment vouchers, a VIP goodie bag, VIP working space access and fast-track entry.
3. VIP benefits are subject to availability, capacity, operational requirements, venue restrictions, speaker or performer availability, and health, safety, security or licensing requirements.
4. The CII Group may amend, substitute, reschedule or withdraw any VIP benefit where reasonably necessary. No refund or compensation will be payable solely because a VIP benefit is changed or unavailable, except where required by law.
5. VIP Passes are personal to the named ticket holder and are non-transferable and non-refundable. They may not be sold, resold, exchanged, loaned, gifted or otherwise transferred without The CII Group’s prior written consent.
6. Any VIP Pass obtained or used in breach of these terms may be cancelled and deemed void without refund or compensation, and entry may be refused.
7. VIP Pass holders must bring a valid ticket, registration confirmation and any identification reasonably requested, and must display their VIP badge, pass where required.
8. Meet-and-greet access, VIP sessions, reserved seating, fast-track entry and VIP areas are subject to the published schedule, capacity and event staff instructions. Late arrival may result in loss of access or reserved seating.
9. Food and refreshment vouchers are valid only at designated outlets during the event, have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged or carried over.
10. VIP goodie bag contents are subject to availability and may vary. Items cannot be exchanged, refunded or substituted for cash alternatives, and unclaimed bags will not be posted after the event.
11. VIP Pass holders must comply with all event rules, venue rules and reasonable instructions of event staff. The organiser may refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate, without refund or compensation.
12. The CII Group may make changes to the event, VIP programme, schedule, speakers, performers, venue layout, access arrangements or benefits where reasonably necessary.
13. If the event is postponed, VIP Pass will normally remain valid for the rescheduled date unless the CII Group confirms otherwise. If the event is cancelled, any refund entitlement will be handled in accordance with the Event Registration Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
14. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
15. Subject to the above, the CII Group is not responsible for travel, accommodation, loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, indirect losses, or loss or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
16. Personal data relating to VIP Pass holders will be processed for ticketing, registration, access control, event communications, safety, security and VIP benefit administration in accordance with the CII Group's Data Privacy Notice: https://www.cii.co.uk/about-us/data-protection-and-privacy-statement/
