Programme Overview

Welcome to Real World Opportunities – the second series of events within the 2024 XCHANGE programme. Join us for a host of insights into The Budget, AI, Technology and Sustainability – all with the purpose of sharing multiple real world planning opportunities with you.  

Doors for registration will open on Tuesday 25 June with a packed programme running across a series of breakouts until 17.00, offering more than five hours of CPD. There will also be a breakfast session.

Host - Sarah Adekola

Sarah Adekola is a trailblazing social innovator, a healthcare entrepreneur,  a keynote speaker, and an international robotics applications engineer for complex healthcare surgical robotics. She is a first-class honours degree holder in biomedical sciences from the National University of Ireland, Galway. She is currently undergoing a dual professional MBA and DBA at the Roxbourg Institute in Switzerland.

Sarah shares her expertise and insights at high-profile conferences, summits, and across several media platforms inspiring audiences with her journey and experience in business, finance, self-development, and travel. Her engaging and informative presentations reflect her passion for education and advocacy, from the realm of healthcare, technology, or financial literacy, and it has earned her a significant online presence as a finance and business creation speaker with a staggering follower base of over 900,000 on social media where she is known as Millennial Wealth Sarah.
