Caroline Banks, FPFS, Chartered Financial Planner and an affiliate member of STEP, is based in London’s West End where she started her business in 1994. It became a Chartered firm in 2007. Caroline was a founding Director of the PFS and the 2015 President of MDRT. Throughout her 5 years on the executive committee of MDRT, Caroline worked to promote ethical financial practices, increased standards, and professional improvements worldwide. 

She is Diamond Knight of the MDRT Foundation and past recipient of the Quality-of-Life Award.
