How do I update my registration details?

What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email? 

Please check your email junk/spam folder. If you have not received a confirmation email please contact pfsevents@thepfs.org



I'm not a member - can I attend?

Non-members are welcome to attend.







I attended the event but would like to access the presentation slides - how do I do this? 

You can access event resources and presentation slides via the event app. Your login details for the event app are sent one week prior to the event. Please email the event team at 
pfsevents@thepfs.org if you have any issues. 



I am unable to attend but I would like to access the presentation slides - how do I receive these? 

Please email the events team at pfsevents@thepfs.org after the conference and we will send you the presentation slides.





Will attendance count towards my CPD?

We'll issue a CPD certificate after the event by email. This event qualifies for 5 hours of CPD. If you have not received your certificate 7 days post-event, please contact pfsevents@thepfs.org

What about food?  

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.







Is there a dress code? 

There is no official dress code, but we recommend ‘business casual’. 






Will there be a cloakroom? 

Unfortunately, there is not a cloakroom at the venue. Due to limited space, we recommend that you travel to the event light.
